About

LA Crêperie & cie 5.0 specializes in the preparation of traditional French crêpes, offering both sweet and savory versions crafted with authentic techniques. The menu centers on thin, delicate batters folded around a variety of fillings ranging from classic butter and sugar to hearty combinations of ham, cheese, and fresh vegetables. Each crêpe is prepared on specialized flat-top griddles to ensure a consistent texture and golden finish. The establishment provides a focused culinary experience that highlights the versatility of this staple dish through precise preparation methods. Guests choose from a curated selection of sweet dessert crêpes drizzled with chocolate or fruit syrups alongside savory buckwheat galettes. The environment maintains a functional layout centered on the open preparation area where the art of spreading batter remains the primary focus of the operation.

A perfect spot nestled at the end of the street. There are a few spots to sit inside & outside on the sidewalk, including the steps.

The coffee & crepes were delicious! We tried the fruit & the maple crepes. Amazing!

The two gentlemen working the counter were running around trying to service everyone. It took a few minutes to get our orders, but it wasn't for them not doing their job. Each crepe was crafted the same….no rushing the masterpieces as he prepare them on his grill.

We had two savory crepes & espresso's. One crepe with salmon, capers & creamy cheese, the other mushrooms, Brie, spinach & drizzled with honey. The nicest staff & food was delectable.

Stopped in for crepes & was not disappointed. I had a made your way with berries & whip cream & the other had a savory crepe. Both were delicious & authentic. I do not understand the low reviews, I loved it & would visit again!

While visiting Quebec City I had to have a crepe! After strolling Rue du Petite Champlain, it was that time for a crepe. This is where Crêperie & Cie comes in. They have a wild variety with some tasty looking specialities. I wasn't super hungry, but I couldn't pass up their crepe with maple butter. Just like a tourist I didn't read the sign about no filming... they were very gracious about this & let me keep recording. They made my crepe in no time. Dang! was it delicious!!!
