I ordered churros, but they didn't even bother to prepare my order. Instead, the customer behind me was served first. The young employees need better training on how to serve customers & manage orders fairly. It was frustrating & embarrassing to be overlooked like that. I hope management addresses this issue to improve the customer experience.

Really bad experience, it is pricey, of 3 orders, 2 were wrongly made (at the point of forgetting the chocolate base). The crepe tasted fine, but the texture was rubberlike. The limonades are really expensive & taste bland.

For $17 campfire crepe uses cheap mini marshmallows & stale graham crackers, service was slow & seemed lost.
Mother-in-law had her crepe forgotten about for 20m then told it would only be 2 minutes after asking for a refund.
Both crepes were mediocre

We actually didn't try the food here, but if the food is anything like the staff, it's fabulous. Patrick was on shift this week when we wandered in looking for an address to call a cab back to our hotel. He actually booked one for us & made sure the driver knew where to find us. He was friendly & welcoming & I will definitely be back to try the food before we leave!

Great service & very friendly. Crepes were done relatively quickly even though it was busy. Nothing is cheap in this part of town but we were very satisfied with what we got.

James & his little workers☺? were absolutely amazing, the service was very much appreciated. They served us with gratitude & amazing food. Ate & left no crumbs. Definitely recommend this place if you stop in quebec.
