We got lucky on Sunday night & snagged the last available table. We tried both the sweet & savory crepes. The crepes were a bit too'al dente' for our taste, but they were still delicious, loaded with fresh fruits, & served in very generous portions. Recommended! 👍🏻
We kept coming back for their crepes! I love a build your own menu & tried both the savory & sweet crepes! The butter & sugar crepe was divine (& not too sweet)! You can also sit right by the window & enjoy the scenic street
A fantastic gluten-free crêperie, with many sweet & savory options for all palates. Vegetarian crepe is delicious, & portion sizes are generous. Would recommend for quick & tasty breakfast!
We came to this place for lunch. We were easily seated & given a menu. Two savory crêpes were enough to satisfy our hunger. The place is simple, with an open kitchen & a staff of young women who were friendly & professional. Great job.
Food was 3.5 star. We had the savory crepes combo #4 & #5 along with soup of the day with optional cheese.
The tomato based soup came out lukewarm warm with cold cheese sprinkled on top. 2 of 5 star. With better preparation it could be 3.
The two crepe dishes were served hot & had decent flavors. I recommend the pepperoni if you like familiar pizza or calzone flavor. 3.75 of 5 stars. The combo # 4 is 3 out of 5.
The shredded carrots & sliced cucumber that came out as sides were just that. No seasoning or flavor. The side dishes really need improvement.
After being seated, the staff forgot about us even though there was almost no customer so we had to flag them down to place an order. They also failed to check up on other customers sitting in the dining area for a long time while they were bantering away.
We took a chance at this place despite the low rating because it was one of only handful of places that stay open past 10pm. The experience was disappointing. The owner needs to do a lot of work. I don't even blame the employees.
On a beautiful snowy morning, we walked over to Casse-Crêpe Breton for a family breakfast, & it was the perfect fuel for a day of exploring. We were lucky enough to snag a table by the window, which added such a lovely touch to the experience.
The crêpes are truly picture-perfect & tasted even better than they looked. We tried a great variety:
* Choix #5 (OEuf, saucisses, bacon, oignons, mozzarella): A huge hit with my son, who is usually a picky eater!
* Choix #7 (Bacon, épinards frais, fromage de chèvre, tomates, pesto): Fresh & savory.
* Choix A (Pommes maison, caramel, crème glacée à la vanille): Deliciously sweet & indulgent.
* Choix F (Façon S'mores): A fun, decadent treat.
To warm up, we had the Latte Caramel, Chocolat Chaud, & Cappuccino, all of which were excellent. It was a hearty, filling meal that kept us energized all morning. Highly recommended for families looking for a classic Old Quebec experience!
A charming & cozy atmosphere with great service. We tried both a savory & a sweet crepe & were very pleased. They were delicious with fresh & tasty ingredients. I definitely recommend for your crepe fix.
This restaurant is highly overrated. We waited over 30 minutes just to place our order after being seated. Despite the cold Quebec winter, the interior was not well-heated & felt quite chilly. The savory crepes were average at best-nothing special or particularly delicious. I'll give credit for the nice ambiance & the friendly, smiling staff, but the service was incredibly slow.
Tasty crepes & friendly service. We built our own savory crepe. Definitely recommend stopping in.
