Love the sweet/savoury crepes. & the traditional fruit crepes. If I was going to be critical about anything, it would be the crepe I had with the dollop of ice cream & covered in caramel sauce. It was just too decadent & rich. It didn't need the amount of caramel. A drizzle would have been better. But really, I love everything about this quaint little Creperie. The coffee is fantastic too! & it's very conveniently located in the heart of Quebec City. Close to everything.
We came here on a Friday night because everywhere else was full & we were pleasantly surprised with the experience that we had. They have interesting crêpe flavours & combinations in both the savory & sweet varieties. It was a little cramped tho. It has a tavernesque feel for sure.
Delicious crepes & eggs. I personally favor savory ones than sweet ones. The service was great & you can see them make the crepe just in front of you
💰CAD 50ish 🥗 1 savoury crêpe from their options & 1 sweet crêpe with banana & custord cream, plus a coffee & a freshly squeezed carrot juice 😊 Pretty good! Would recommend 🛋️ Very nixe atmosphere, small & cozy
The place is located in the heart of the Old Quebec City. The food was absolutely delicious. We tried both savoury & sweet crepes. Would highly recommended this place for breakfast or brunch. The staff was friendly, courteous & helpful. The place is small so the seating is a bit limited. There maybe a little line sometimes.
Tried both buckwheat savory & white flour sweet crapes. Both were so-so. Savory crepes didn't have much taste, were pretty dry & flavorless. Sweet crepe was a bit chewy & rubbery. Drinks, service & atmosphere were amazing!
Went there for dessert after dinner. The place was dirty at the first glance. We ordered 2 basic sweet crepes (strawberry & wipe cream + chocolate & banana). You would not believe how disappointed we were after tasting our first bit. The crepes were hard & dry ...May be that's the reason why they provide steak knifes instead of dessert or fruit knifes... Definitely not recommend & won't go back.
We went for a late breakfast/early lunch with a larger party of 7 adults & a 2 year old. We had a mix of savory & sweet crepes & all were fantastic. The waitresses we had were great with bringing things for our young one to color & they also were just fantastic overall. Really cute atmosphere as it was raining outside but had the window open so felt cozy. Served coffee & had milk for our son. Overall would highly recommend for crepes! Great folks.
Had breakfast here: yoghurt with fruits, coffee & a crepe with vanilla sauce & sugar. Compared to my experiences in France & when I made pancakes myself I thought that the crepe was baked too long making it chewy & dry. Nice touch is that they bake the crepes in front of you on a large stove. No complaints about the yoghurt (sweetened) & fruit (fresh strawberries & banana). Service was quick & friendly.
Went here for vegan crepes which were not labeled but do exist & were good! On a savory buckwheat crepe, we got tomato sauce, tomatoes, asparagus, spinach, onion & a side of Dijon mustard. On the sweet crepe we got brown chestnut "marron" Cream (the server checked with the chef & confirmed this was vegan), strawberries, bananas, & maple syrup. Vegans: Ask them to omit the decorative whipped cream dollop that they will put on the side of the sweet plate. With the buckwheat crepe, don't expect an eggy & fluffy crepe, but they were tasty & filling!
