Un menu du midi façon bouillon, avec des plats simples mais parfaitement maîtrisés & pleins de saveurs. Service impeccable, attentionné & de très bons conseils - mention spéciale pour la bière locale au champignon, surprenante & délicieuse. Le cadre est charmant, l'expérience impeccable. Je recommande vivement !
It has been a last minute reservation so we, just a party of 2, went for the'$5 a plate' available only at lunch. We were very fortunate to have gotten a table.
There was nothing'$5' about this experience with Le Clan, which is a fine dining restaurant.
The food has been delicious & of top quality.
Each plate is a tapas sized & totally great as an introduction into their discovery lunch & dinner menus.
We ordered literally only from the'entree' &'main' sections, adding up to 8 dishes, duplicating the veal & yellow sturgeon. The creations had been delicious showcasing uniquely local Quebec foods. & from small farms, towns. Not high yield institutions.
Will recommend visiting & reservations are necessary.

Repas de midi avec des plats à 5 euros chacun, style tapas ,digne d'un restaurant haut de gamme , tout était délicieux , le service irréprochable & bienveillant l'ambiance confinée & confortable ,très bon rapport qualité /prix & on mange à sa faim… Je recommande +++

Everything about this place was excellent & well designed.
Definitely recommend appointment, but the hostess was kind enough to seat me prior to my appointment.
I went for the 4 course meal. The food kept coming & all of the food is explained well to you. Even though the serving sizes seem small, but it is more than enough to fill you up. Food keeps coming & you just sit there & enjoy
My server (sorry forgot his name, maybe John) & the hostess kept checking on me & made me feel comfortable throughout the experience.
I will definitely recommend this place. i infact did to my tour group & all of them had only good things to say about this place.

We had the 6-course dinner here, & every dish on the tasting menu was amazing! The ingredients were fresh & locally sourced, & each dish was unique from the other. I particularly loved the arctic char & the lamb. The service was impeccable - very friendly & welcoming. They were also open to accommodations to dietary needs - swapping out the shellfish amuse bouche for an eggplant for me. Would highly recommend!
What a fantastic discovery while wandering around Quebec City! One of the most creative & incredible meals we've ever had. Service staff was very knowledgeable on the wine & the food, pacing of the courses was perfect. Highly recommend if you're looking for a special dining experience.
Serious gastronomy highlighting Quebec fish, meats & produce with thoughtful wine pairings, including a few less expected selections that worked wonderfully with our dinner. Come hungry & unrushed & enjoy the six course tasting menu. Shout out to the pastry chef - it was no small feat putting a memorable coda on the evening but she pulled it off with not one, not two but three sweet goodbyes. Service was professional but not at all stuffy. Highly recommended.
The food is so creative & amazing. You can tell a lot of effort & thought was put into the menu. The chefs use ingredients native to the region so you get a unique experience. 10/10 would recommend. Alexis was our server & he went above & beyond.
