Le cochon dingue est un de mes resto préféré & je n'y manque pas d'y aller chaque fois je suis à Québec. J'ai toujours un service impeccable! Cette fois, j'y suis allée pour souper & pour déjeuner dans un intervalle de deux jours & les deux fois j'ai été déçue par le goût & la qualité de mon assiette. C'est bien la première fois que ça arrive, par contre. J'ai pris un hamburger végétarien: il manquait de saveur & l'avocat goûtait seulement le citron. Pour le déjeuner, je prend toujours l'assiette de Charlevoix. Cette fois, mes oeufs étaient secs, presque pas de sauce, ni de fromage; la gaufre était tout aussi sèche & la sauce à l'érable était liquide, comme je n'avais jamais vu. Le service, par contre, était impeccable, les deux fois. C'était mes premières visites à cette succursale & dommage car ça ne m'a pas donné envie d'y retourner considérant mon expérience culinaire!

J'avais une réservation à 18hre15 nous sommes arrivé à 18hre25 puisque le spectacle au Capitol a termié à 18hre20 nous n'avons pas eu une table près de la fenêtre & nous avons eu le temps de souper sans que personne prenne place dans la table près de la fenêtre.

Après le spectacle j'apprend sur mon cell que j'ai eu un rappel à 18hre15 j'ai trouvé çà un peu spécial même si j'avais confirmé ma réservation le samedi le27 janvier.

Rien à dire, tout était parfait pour un restaurant de cette catégorie. Seul bémol, concernant la réservation: le système en ligne n'offrait rien après 13h15, comme si le resto était fermé durant la période du souper. Heureusement il y avait le bon vieux téléphone...
