Great experience & would certainly go back. We got salmon & beef filet. Both were delicious. Cherry jubilee for dessert. From moment you walk in the place smells like delicious food. Our waiter was a professional waiter who cooked my filet perfectly.

The restaurant was great in every way. It was our server who really made the experience memorable. After a great dinner, he suggested a Maple Pie for dessert & explained the history of it in Quebec. Great experience.

Cooked in front of us which was nice. The steak wasn't anything super. I've had better.

This place comes highly recommended & we can see why as the setting is great, the menu choices are wonderful but they manage to turn what should be at least 2 hour meal into an hour. We had just started on our Cesear salad which tasted amazing when they started our main. We mentioned we still had an appetizer course & he stopped only to have another server immediately come over & restart our main. Because it is so rushed & you are given no time to settle from the quick three courses we ended up going for a walk & having dessert elsewhere. If they sort out this issue it would easily be a not to be missed restaurant.

Our server was Andrea & he was wonderful. Between the tableside Caesar Salad, Filet Continental, Crepes Suzette & his special Flambe Drink, he prepared almost our entire meal right in front of us. The food for each course was great & we celebrated a very special anniversary in the perfect setting! This is a great place for a special celebration. Splurge on dessert & the flambe drinks, the show is absoutely worth it. & if you can, ask for Andrea!!

We celebrated our wedding dinner at Le Continental & were fortunate enough to have Nicolas for our server! He was fun, funny, helpful, & had just the right amount of spice to keep us on our toes! We enjoyed the Gaspé Crab with Hollandaise Sauce & Flambé Shrimp Whiskey for our appetizers & then shared the Châteaubriand. My husband enjoyed the mushroom sauce but as I don't like mushrooms, Nicolas suggested a Béarnaise sauce for me, which was beyond perfection! Then we had Crêpes Suzette for dessert! Everything was beyond delicious & Nicolas did a phenomenal job cooking everything for us right at our table! The two things that stood out most amongst all the deliciousness were the Gaspé Crab & the Châteaubriand! We are already planning our anniversary to go back to Canada/Quebec City & reliving this dinner experience!

second time here & didn't disappoint. It's traditional with wait staff cooking your steak at your table. All out steaks were cooked at perfection, good quality beef, desserts were delicious. I believe we had the same server as our first time, friendly yet a bit of attitude...you know he been working there for a long time ..

Impeccable service & fabulous food. Table-side flambé gives it a fun twist. Don't skip dessert. The waiters who are also your table-side chefs are impressive. You won't be disappointed in this first class establishment. They even tolerate Americans & the people watching is a treat to get an i side look at Quebec city

This restaurant is located in the old city & one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had. Classic classic French cuisine. Each table is served by a team that are top notch. Catering to your every desire. The menu is varied but weighted with many meat choices. Also many dishes are prepared at your table which is so cool. We ordered the Caesar salad which of course was prepared at the table. Best Caesar I ever had. After that the Chateaubriand for 2 which was finished off at the table with flaming cognac. Included were 5 different veggies. We also opted for a side of lobster tail. All cooked to perfection. Every single dish was Wow. Unfortunately, no room for dessert but the choices were 4 different kinds of flambee. ... Next time.
