A truly grand experience & still the best restaurant in Quebec. Lots of table side cooking options, a great wine list with good price point spread & excellent service. We have been frequenting since the 1980's & its always an enjoyable evening. Somewhat pricey, but oh so worth it!!!!!!

Wonderful, old school ambiance! The service was impeccable - our waiter Matthew was solicitous without being pushy, very accommodating, cooked our chateaubriand EXACTLy as we ordered (2 different ways - one way for me & one way for my husband.) It was the best steak I have eaten in my life. Highly recommended for a special occasion.
