Everything was perfect. The service was formal & very friendly. The food was excellent. I am a picky steak eater & like it well done. My steak was cooked to perfection. One of the few times I did not need to have it recooked. Will definitely return on our next trip to QC.

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner & a lesson on constructing a Ceasar salad. The host was gracious to hold our table a bit past our reserved time... as we had too much fun on our history tour of Quebec City.

Service was terrific. Table-side flambé of entree & dessert were both entertaining & yielded great food. Food was prepared perfectly & was delicious! Never rushed; relaxed & enjoyable evening. We will go back — over & over!

Had a wonderful dinner. The food was excellent & the decor made it more special — a rich formal dining room with table-side preparation. The only minus was the poor dress of many patrons. When did people decide it was okay to wear t-shirts, shirts, worn jeans & sneakers to upscale restaurants that go to great lengths to create a formal dining experience. I wish the restaurant would enforce a dress code but it is very reliant on the tourist trade & would likely lose a lot of business if it did.
