We stayed at the Chateau Frontenac for 4 days & picked this restaurant for one of our dinners because of its reputation & the fact it's practically across the road from the hotel. Great choice, because it was the best meal we have had in a long time. The duck flambé was fabulous. Overall, both food & service were terrific. Not inexpensive by any means, but worth every penny.

Tout est parfait: le service impeccable & distingué, le menu sophistiqué, varié & unique, la cuisson parfaite des viandes quelque soit le degré choisi. & que dire des flambées sur guéridon à votre table. Merci de continuer.

We were at Le Continental over 30 years ago as a new married couple. It was nice to see that they still offer all there classics & prépare many dishes at your table...a very rare thing now a days!

Lovely experience. Elegant & refined setting. My husband & I shared an order of escargot in the shells for an appetizer. The Caesar salad for two was prepared table side & was fresh & delicious. Also prepared table side were the Chateaubriand for two & the flambeed peaches which were all expertly prepared & presented with great flair. Highly recommend.
