Probablement un de mes meilleurs souper à vie, autant pour la bouffe que le service impeccable & l'endroit qui est de toute beauté situé dans un quartier mitique du vieux Québec. Ce restaurant est établi depuis 65 ans & en une seule visite on comprend ce qui fait sa renommée. Nous avons pris le canard flambé (directement flambé à la table), c'était délicieux.

Fantastic as always! Perfectly prepared steak at the table & the Caesar salad was second to none. Now if they could just find the switch to turn down the freezing air conditioning it would be heaven. We almost ordered the flambé poach paired just to keep warm!
