Comme d'habitude, tout était parfait, SAUF pour un petit point : le bidule électronique qu'on nous présente au moment de payer avec notre carte de crédit affiche des menus unilingues anglais, sans même nous offrir le choix de passer au français. Quand on a besoins de mon argent & de mon pourboire, je trouve un tantinet insultant qu'on me propose «CUSTOM» plutôt que «MONTANT» ou « $ » si je préfère déterminer moi-même le montant à donner.
Bien entendu, je n'ai pas diminué mon pourboire, le personnel ayant fourni un service impeccable & n'y étant pour rien dans cette machine unilingue, mais la direction du resto devrait corriger cette situation pour montrer qu'elle se soucie de respecter la langue de sa clientèle.

We travel from Miami to Quebec City every year & one of our must do places is Le Continental. From beginning to end the Service is spectacular the food be the Homemade Cesars Salad to the entree have never disappointed

From the moment we arrived, it was an amazing experience! The staff were friendly & accommodating to any need, question or special requests. We had Alberto serve us, he was knowledgable & very fun to spend our time with. The food was so delicious & flavourful. We cannot wait to come back to experience the food & amazing service again. Thank you so much Alberto for making our dinner a memorable one. Bonne Annee!

AMAZING!!! A perfect dining experience. Spectacular food with impeccable service.
So happy to find a restaurant still provides the traditional flambé experience. Very memorable night for our family.

Loved the service & food! Music needs an upgrade. 1980s elevator music is a thumbs down. You would be better served playing classical or Edith Piaf instead of music from Titanic & The Incredible Hulk tv show. Other than that we LOVED this place!
