The only fine dining restaurant open till 10:30 PM to serve food, we were tourists & little did we know that all the restaurants close by 9 PM in Quebec City.

This place came as our savior & never disappointed us. Infact we were surprised by the flavors they offered us.

From the appetizers, to the entrees & the desserts 🤌🤌.

Tried their Parmesan croquettes & shrimp cocktail for appetizers, salmon filet with green pepper corn sauce ( when I fell in love with salmon), mini st honore cake a must try & creme brulee!

The staff is friendly & treats you very well. There is a coat check available at the front desk.

Concept qui a mal vieilli. Personnel attentif. La nourriture manque de goût (assaisonnements) à l'exception du foie gras qui est excellent. Grosses portions. Les habitués semblent apprécier l'endroit. Il y a de bien meilleurs restaurants à Québec.

Exceptionnel !!! Une adresse comme on n'en fait plus ! Un service à l'ancienne de très grande qualité !!! & une cuisine goûteuse, savoureuse, délicate bref pas de la nouvelle cuisine. Des plats de tradition servis dans un cadre confortable & cosy au charme ancien & délicat ( nappes blanches, serviettes en tissus, argenterie, cristaux, vaisselle fine, sièges très confortables ! Serveurs en costumes & noeuds papillons discrets & très à l'écoute des souhaits du client & avec le sourire !)
Bref une bien jolie adresse où nous avons eu le plaisir de fêter les 27 ans de notre fils en janvier 2025 ! Merci à toute l'équipe de nous avoir mis des étoiles dans les yeux & des souvenirs dans le coeur ! A une prochaine fois quand nous reviendrons à Québec 🙏🙏🙏🥰

A wonderful experience from the moment we were greeted at the door by the maitre d, through the entire meal. Our waiter Andrea was exceptional in his work & his personal, sometimes nicely humorous attention. A lovely, very enjoyable evening.

This restaurant was recommended to us as not just a meal, but an experience. & that it was. We had a fantastic window table, & thoroughly enjoyed the incredible show as our meal was prepared. The food was divine, & the wine menu quite excellent. The service is impeccable, & seamless, with many employees working together to ensure that the guest's experience is magnificent. This is definitely an experience that you will not forget!
