The reception was outstanding with the coat lady being super attentive, we were seated as requested through the reservation by a window - which was nice. & then it went downhill from there. Overall we felt rushed through the meal, servers taking glasses before we were done. It is important to add that the restaurant was busy but not full; we were the last seating at 8:00pm. The measure of the whiskies & cognac was minute.
Felt that the servers were all about the show of the flames at the tables while preparing the different platea/drinks that required. We were not into that, we were there for the food & a nice time together where we thought would be a nice restaurant
The chateaubriand was bland; it lack taste - even salt/pepper. Would not recommend.

David was our waiter & you were fortunate to have him as well as the rest of the staff. The Caesar salad is probably the best I ever had & the total experience was just wonderful. Kudos to you all.

We have been traveling to Quebec for many years & the one thing that remains constant is dining at this Amazing Restaurant. The most attentive & friendly servers, a wide variety of "the classics", & an entertaining & delicious preparation of dinner, prepared & presented tableside. & if that's not enough,finish with a flaming after dinner drink!!! It will soon become your favorite,as well as it is ours!!!

Une expérience fantastique dans la tradition de la cuisine française. Toute une brigade d'employés dévouée s'active à offrir un service hors du commun tout au long de la soirée : voiturier, vestiaire, maître d'hôtel, serveurs & cuisiniers. La carte des vins propose le format au verre. La sélection des bouteilles est assez variée & offre des vins issus de plusieurs styles & pays différents. Quelques bouteilles sont plutôt ordinaires & communes. Sinon, il y a plusieurs choix intéressants d'importation privée. (Vaste choix de Bordeaux) Le menu des plats est adapté à tous les goûts. La qualité gastronomique des assiettes est renversante. N'ayez aucune hésitation pour les viandes, le foie gras, le poisson & les fruits de mer; tout est de qualité & cuisiné avec une technique de maître.

C'était notre première fois dans ce restaurant & nous avons toutes été conquise. Les 3 steaks préparés devant nous par Andréas étaient très succulents, fondants . Je vous lrecommande fortement ce lieu pour un souper chic . 5 étoiles sans hésitation 🥰. Merci vraiment à Andreas qui était à notre service.
