What a lovely restaurant. The food is magnificent. The service is flawless with all sorts of flambé-ing & tableside food preparation. Truly a unique, extravagant experience. Not to be missed.

Spectacular evening - service was impeccable & food was creatively prepared & absolutely delicious! We were celebrating a special occasion & had such an enjoyable evening - so glad we chose to spend it here!!

Although it is not an inexpensive experience, we felt that it was worth every penny! The table side preparation was next level, but the overall meal quality, from start to finish & the interaction with our server, Roberto, made it a truly special night.
We would highly recommend the Cesar salad for 2 (probably the best we've ever had), the whisky shrimp & the house special filet mignon!

Quelle belle surprise! Notre dinner a été superbe 👌 La décoration est classique est chaleureuse & l'accueil 5 étoiles. Notre serveur (& chef personnel !) a été incroyable. Merci!
Nous avons commandé du saumon fumé comme entrée, puis des crevettes flambées & la sole meunière, qui étaient délicieuses. Le shortcake aux fraises du Québec est aussi recommandé 👍
Ce n'est pas donné, mais ça vaut vraiment la peine, c'est un beau & bon souvenir de Québec

I have traveled the world, lived 25 years in Europe, & dined in the best restaurants of France & Belgium. I know quality when I experience it. My dining experience last night was among the best I have had in all my life; it ranked alongside Pierre Romeyer's establishment in Brussels in the 1980s, in my opinion! I had the most delicious sole meunière after a smoked salmon first course, with Chateau Ducasse Graves, followed by a gorgeous chocolate mousse. God bless you for keeping up standards, even though some guests are not. So superb. Worth paying any price, in my opinion. I did not even look at the bill.

Great classic French restaurant where they cook many dishes tableside. I highly recommend a Rodney Strong Pinot Noir for a red wine. We got the filet mignon, which was cooked to perfection at our table. Vegetable side were great & the additional cream spinach & augratin potatoes were perfect. The texture & temperature of the steak was perfect. I prefer a little more seasoning, otherwise great cut that you should try. The escargot in garlic butter is very good. The lobster bisque is not something I would order again. It seems flour based vs creamy, a little fishy & the lobster was not prepared well (chewy). The service was great. Highly recommend this place.
