La découverte de mes vacances a Rimouski. Nous avons partagé toute les entrés au menu plus délicieuses les unes que les autres. Service impeccable de Benoit. Les plats sont raffinés & réfléchit. Les gouts franc & la maitrise parfaite des équilibres saveur/texture. Une vrai cuisine rafinés . Je comprends parfaitement la recommandation michelin. Merci & a bientot !

Nous venons d'y déjeuner.
Un de nos meilleurs restaurants !
Même la salade verte a du goût.
C'est frais, c'est bien assaisonné.
C'était très bon
Mon mari a pris les onions rings & des pâtes.
J'ai pris la salade verte & du poisson avec salade haricots comme du César.
Vraiment très bon.

Très bon moment passé en famille dans ce restaurant pour un dîner (souper pour les Canadiens).
Une belle carte diversifiée avec un nombre de plats limités, gage de qualité.
Potage du jour au maïs est une belle surprise. Le reste des plats a été apprécié de toute la table.
Si j'ai un bémol c'est le prix des entrées un peu élevé

Un restaurant incontournable lors d'une visite à Rimouski. Le potage au chou-fleur & la bavette de boeuf sont incroyables. La présentation & le choix d'accompagnements sont judicieux & tout simplement fantastiques. Les desserts excellents également. Nous avons été bien servis & l'ambiance était chaleureuse. Merci! ☺?

Spectacular! From the moment I walked in the staff was attentive, kind, & helpful. I was seated at the bar & fully enjoyed watching the kitchen staff prepare the food. They worked as a team with smiles on their faces. They obviously enjoy their work! I was wished Bon Appetit by at least 4 staff, who all were very interested in making sure I enjoyed my experience. The gnocchi...out of this world! Can't recommend enough!
