Menu court mais tous nos plats étaient délicieux !
Arancini aux betteraves & gravlax de saumon
Gnocchi moules & chorizo ainsi saumon à l'amérindienne (fumé à l'érable)
Bien conseillés pour le vin
On y retourne, c'est certain (& c'était notre 2e visite )

L' assiette principale choisie était Gnocchi aux moules & chorizo . La sauce aux tomates confites , qui accompagnait le tout, était excellente. Mais , le rapport moules & gnocchis n' était pas équilibré. Il n' y avait que 8 moules , en tout, dans l' assiette , beaucoup trop de gnocchis. Merci

Macreuse & ses accompagnements: spectaculaire. Saumon grillé mi-cuit sur une purée de ciel... Gâteau à l'érable mémorable. Morgon au verre excellent. Service gentil & efficace d'un bout à l'autre. On y reviendra c'est certain pour continuer d'expérimenter ce très beau menu.
