Very nice high-end restaurant in Quebec. Offers vegan & non-vegan tasting menu with alcoholic & non-alcoholic drink pairings. Excellent experience & great food.

Lovely evening but we did sit for about 90 minutes before our tasting menu started. That was a Bit too long & late to start a dinner at 9:40

Food was okay but not memorable....weird policy & off putting that you can only order tasting menu if entire party does too😝😝😝

Our dinner was excellent! Sampson & the other staff are talented, professional & gracious & the food was excellent. We did the tasting menu with wine. Well worth the price. The chef & team are celebrating & honoring the region with their passion & cooking.

A M A Z I N G ! ! ! We did the tasting menu & wine pairing. It was beyond delicious. My partner is pescatarian & they adapted hers to be the vegan options + the fish options which was perfect. Incredible use of vegetables & ingredients. This was a perfect anniversary date dinner.

What a treat this was! We did the omnivore tasting menu with the “oryginal” wine pairing. Most of the dishes were some of the best I’ve had ever at a restaurant. The eggplant tacos, halibut, & duck were favorites. Pumpkin cake with raspberries & cream was delectable!! We loved the introduction to wines from the region. The herbal mint/parsnip tea was a surprising welcome at the end of the meal. Veal crudo was a bit of a miss for us but that could be a matter of personal preference. The staff worked together to serve & they were polite & informative, but they seemed as if they had been there for a while & just seemed tired. Lovely, lovely outdoor patio set in this ancient Old Quebec building. So idyllic. From where we sat, we got a glimpse of the St Lawrence river but there were other tables that had a more direct view. I can’t wait to return when we make another trip here soon!! Until then, Thank you for a wonderful evening!

This was our 3rd time eating at this restaurant. I think we may have gotten mild food poisoning from the raw oysters. We sent them back after eating 4 & we were not charged. We normally get the vegan tasting menu & we should have stuck to that this time. We will go back, but we'll stick to what works for us.
