Wonderful food, & outstanding service. Wine pairing was also excellent. All wines were excellent, rated 4.2 or above on Vivino. We had a memorable meal, & will plan to return the next time we are in Quebec City.

Very good restaurant. The staff are great - very knowledgeable & welcoming. The tater menu was amazing with the standard wine pairing. The attention to detail in the dishes is fantastic. An overall fantastic experience.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Our server was warm & helpful—& genuinely happy to share about the courses, wines & boreal ingredients. Our favorite meal of the trip. Highly recommend.

A review needs to be honest with the aim for improvement. We had the Quebec Gourmand experience. The courses were generally uninspiring with very small portions. With the wine flight was vastly overpriced.

Staff were friendly & interactive.

An incredible feast. We chose the vegan tasting menu & each course was beautiful & delicious. I had the wine pairing of local wines & cider which were complementary & wonderful. My husband had the mock tails pairing which were so creative! There is a team that takes care of you to make you feel welcomed & ensure you understand what you are eating & drinking.

What a wonderful dining experience! Lovely atmosphere, absolutely delicious food! Every single dish. We had the 5 course tasting menu & each course was beautifully presented & delectable & unique. The service is top notch & there was an explanation of everything we ate. My husband did the wine pairing & he was very impressed with the wines they chose to serve which each course. This is one of the best restaurants we've ever had the pleasure of dining in. Very special place.
