Fabulous! Such imaginative & creative cuisine! I chose the tasting menu with the local wine pairings. All of the dishes were beautifully presented, & had amazing combinations of flavors & textures, making each a voyage of discovery. The wines, too, were nuanced, & a refreshing change from the usually French-dominated fare. Very attentive & friendly service, & a delightful ambiance. Highest marks!

This restaurant transcends having a meal into an experience. The tasting menu (we had both Vegan & Omnivore) was divine & the wine pairing was simply perfect. How they manage to pair wines for both vegan & ominvore simultaneously was remarkable. The plating was sublime, but the pièce de résistance was the service. The staff were kind & attentive & we truly felt that they cared about our experience. It was a perfect dining event in a delightful setting.

Once again, this place delivers an evening to remember! fin staff, knowledgeable servers & great sommelier. Interesting delicious plates & nice wine pairing. Absolutely beautiful decor & confortable seating (we were at the bar). I just love this little gem.

One of the best meals we've ever had. We had the Omnivore tasting menu paired with the Premium Wine pairings & it was exceptional. Highly recommend.

The 5 coarse meal & wine pairing is amazing with local ingredients. The Chef & staff go above & beyond & pay attention to all the details. We have truly enjoyed our experience every time we have come to Quebec City & we were amazing that the staff recognized us from last year. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Very nice staff. We felt very attended to. The tasting meal with wine pairings was delicious & interesting. The vegetarian set may have been slightly more tasty than the omnivore choice — even for an omnivore.
Not something the restaurant can control but the funicular that would have taken us back to our hotel on high was closed by the time we finished dinner. Tripadvisor says 11:30PM. The funicular says 9:30 so it was quite the hike home after a big dinner & 5 tasting glasses of wine.
A lovely evening none the less.

Best meal I've had in awhile. Had the vegan discovery menu with wine pairings & WOW. Service & atmosphere were also great. Would definitely go back.

We had a memorable evening. We ordered the omnivore tasting menu with the Québécois wine pairings. I had no idea there were so many good wines in this province that paired really well with the different courses which kept getting more outstanding with each course. We were introduced to sriram & I have a new appreciation for celery & carrots.

The service was flawless & highly coordinated. I had dinner with a unilingual anglophone & the staff were fluently bilingual.
