Having arrived in Quebec almost 20 years ago, Edouardo Balderas never wanted to compromise in his house, much less in his kitchen. As soon as we set foot there, we arrive directly in Mexico. Having lived his whole life in Mexican customs, Marco Balderas has always cherished the desire to introduce people to the cuisine of Mexico and more particularly that of Puebla where his family comes from. It is with the experience of catering that with his partner Marieve Lapointe they share with you their traditional recipes through their tacos and more particularly through the family sauces carefully concocted every day.

The location is beautiful. Huge patio right next to the river.
We ordered food to take out.

The food wasn't the best. The tacos were not flavourful & they were small.
They forgot my rice & gave me the wrong hot sauce.
They also forgot to give us utensils or napkins.
It's too expensive for the quality & size of the food.

Repas authentiques, drinks originaux & peu dispendieux, sauces piquantes faites maison & service 5 étoiles amicable & franc. Mes attentes étaient basses, je repars extrèmement satisfait & nous reviendrons régulièrement!!

L'accueil de Julien & le service d'Aurélie sont surprenants! Les deux jeunes sont souriants, accueillants, prennent très bien en charge les demandes... Très professionnels pour leur jeune âge !

Un petit resto super sympathique où la nourriture est très bonne & le service vraiment chaleureux & attentionné. La salle à manger intérieure est un peu bruyante, même lorsque peu de clients, mais le plaisir est quand même là! Bravo à toute l'équipe!
