Having arrived in Quebec almost 20 years ago, Edouardo Balderas never wanted to compromise in his house, much less in his kitchen. As soon as we set foot there, we arrive directly in Mexico. Having lived his whole life in Mexican customs, Marco Balderas has always cherished the desire to introduce people to the cuisine of Mexico and more particularly that of Puebla where his family comes from. It is with the experience of catering that with his partner Marieve Lapointe they share with you their traditional recipes through their tacos and more particularly through the family sauces carefully concocted every day.

Je suis vraiment surpris & déçu.
Pas par le goût car c'est plutôt bon mais voyons dont 14$ pour une entrée avec meme pas l'équivalent de 2 crevettes coupées extra finement, meme pas un quart d'avocat & même la quantité de légumes est honteuse (voir photo).
En ouvrant la boîte j'ai été gêné pour vous, sérieusement revoyez ca car c'est déroutant ca donne l'impression que vous voulez juste être le plus rentable possible.
Aussi la viande arrosée d'huile neutre pendant la cuisson pour eviter le côté sec je trouve ca dommage.
53$ pour ca & los quatros, pas de boisson rien du tout hein!
Je voulais metre moins que ca en note mais je laisse une place a l'amélioration.
Pour être constructif, je vous dirai de revoir donc les quantités du plats dont j'ai parlé & aussi revoir les assaisonnement des viandes qui n'ont pas vraiment de goût sans les sauces

The food wasn't the best. The tacos were not flavourful & they were small.
They forgot my rice & gave me the wrong hot sauce.
They also forgot to give us utensils or napkins.
It's too expensive for the quality & size of the food.
Repas authentiques, drinks originaux & peu dispendieux, sauces piquantes faites maison & service 5 étoiles amicable & franc. Mes attentes étaient basses, je repars extrèmement satisfait & nous reviendrons régulièrement!!

Restaurant parfait pour les vrais amateurs de cuisine mexicaine. Leur sauces maisons sont excellentes, celle Habanero pour ceux qui aiment le piquant est parfaite. Service hors-pair, ambiance agréable, nourriture délicieuse. Je recommande!
We visited Los Balderas because we were from south Florida & needed something other than burgers & poutine! We booked online, had to wait a little...we got a beer & a margarita & were given guac & chip because of the wait. The owner himself (Marco) sat us,was very personable (spoke to us in Spanish), & took our order. The food (we ordered the smoked chicken with all the fixings) was delectable. It came with tortillas, refried beans, guac, pico de gallo, yellow rice...& the restaurant's spectacular sauces. We both ate & took the rest of the stuff home. We got the churros & raspberry ice cream (covered in chocolate) to take home for late & it was....heavenly!
All in all...This place...was HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

Nous avons toujours un bon service. Les tacos sont excellents ainsi que les sauces. La décoration est belle. Seul petit défaut est que la banquette n'est pas super confortable. On y passe toujours de bons moments.
Les sauces sont la star de la maison, très bon service, bonnes portions, bon goût & bonne ambiance, en tant que mexicaine mes attentes sont toujours très élevées avec les restaurants & je n'ai pas de commentaires négatifs, nous avons essayé le menu du petit déjeuner, j'ai choisi'enfrijolada' & mon mari'como abuelito', très bonnes les deux, je reviendrais certainement ici.

En arrivant, on nous dirige vers la salle à manger & ce sont les propriétaires qui vous accueillent & vous expliquent le menu & les sauces fait maison.
J'ai pris une torta que j'ai adoré.
La quantité dans mon assiette était sans reproche.
J'ai essayé les quatre sauces & elles sont toutes bonnes.
Pour toutes ces raisons & pour la vue de la rivière qui passe juste en arrière je vous conseille vivement cet endroit!
What a great experiance,
I had the chance to try their noon special, & it was honestly a fantastic experience. The slow-cooked meat tacos were the highlight-tender, flavorful, & perfectly seasoned. You can really taste the care in how the meat is prepared, juicy & rich without being heavy.
The lunch offer itself is a great value for the quality & portion size. Everything was fresh, well-presented, & served quickly, which is perfect for a midday break.
The atmosphere was welcoming & relaxed, & the staff were super friendly & she shared some secret new sauce which was amazing as well.
If you're looking for authentic, satisfying Mexican flavors, especially for lunch, this place is definitely worth a visit. I'll be coming back for sure!
