Having arrived in Quebec almost 20 years ago, Edouardo Balderas never wanted to compromise in his house, much less in his kitchen. As soon as we set foot there, we arrive directly in Mexico. Having lived his whole life in Mexican customs, Marco Balderas has always cherished the desire to introduce people to the cuisine of Mexico and more particularly that of Puebla where his family comes from. It is with the experience of catering that with his partner Marieve Lapointe they share with you their traditional recipes through their tacos and more particularly through the family sauces carefully concocted every day.

On s'est arrêtées pour dîner par une super belle journée ensoleillée, & franchement, le cadre est parfait. C'est juste au bord de la rivière, la vue est magnifique & l'ambiance est super relaxante.
Le service était vraiment exceptionnel. L'équipe est super pro & tellement attentionnée : mon amie a demandé s'elle pouvait avoir un peu de salsa, & ils ont carrément préparé une nouvelle batch sur le champ pour lui en donner un pot à emporter chez elle ! Une attention qui fait toute la différence.
Côté bouffe, c'est un sans-faute, super authentique & délicieux. On a testé les fish tacos, les tacos de birria, la soupe tortilla & les churros : tout était un gros 10 sur 10 ! & leur salsa est juste incroyable.
Bref, une super adresse, allez-y les yeux fermés ! C'est sûr qu'on va y retourner.
Comme première expérience un samedi midi, ce fut assez décevant, car nos tacos (tortillas & viande) étaient froids. Les cocktails sont excellents & le service de Julien était bon. La salle de bain était plus ou moins propre & le plancher de l'entrée était tellement sale qu'il en devenait glissant. Malheureusement, nous ne pensons pas y retourner.
Nous avons toujours un bon service. Les tacos sont excellents ainsi que les sauces. La décoration est belle. Seul petit défaut est que la banquette n'est pas super confortable. On y passe toujours de bons moments.

What a great experiance,
I had the chance to try their noon special, & it was honestly a fantastic experience. The slow-cooked meat tacos were the highlight-tender, flavorful, & perfectly seasoned. You can really taste the care in how the meat is prepared, juicy & rich without being heavy.
The lunch offer itself is a great value for the quality & portion size. Everything was fresh, well-presented, & served quickly, which is perfect for a midday break.
The atmosphere was welcoming & relaxed, & the staff were super friendly & she shared some secret new sauce which was amazing as well.
If you're looking for authentic, satisfying Mexican flavors, especially for lunch, this place is definitely worth a visit. I'll be coming back for sure!

This has quickly became my favorite place in quebec .
The Tacos 🌮 were delicious & the frijoles yummy.
The margerita was super.
Today we are trying the brunch & it us quite divine.

Exquis sur toute la ligne! On a commandé plusieurs tacos & nous nous sommes régalés. Le suadero… nous en aurions pris une palette tant c'était délicieux! Les sauces faites maison sont délectables. Nous avons adoré la salsa verde.
Un endroit chaleureux & une bouffe savoureuse, un endroit où nous retournerons absolument.
Excellent restaurant mexicain. Petit menu qui leur permet d'avoir plein de saveurs & la dose de piquant est à votre goût, selon les sauces a ajouter. Tellement bon! & les portions permettent de goûter plusieurs tacos.

Dès notre arrivée, une personne à l'accueil (Raphaël, si je me souviens bien) nous a donné toutes les informations sur le menu pour choisir un repas à emporter. Tout le personnel était très sympathique !
Mon conjoint & moi avons adorés les tacos Suadero & Al Pastor. Les sauces maisons sont savoureuses - c'était délicieux !

Bel endroit, beau service, mais la nourriture était très sèche. C'était sans saveur, de petite portion pour un prix assez élevé, qui n'équivaut pas avec la qualité. Pour une boisson & 3 tacos, 40$ me semble assez élevé, surtout si la nourriture n'étais pas au point.
