Having arrived in Quebec almost 20 years ago, Edouardo Balderas never wanted to compromise in his house, much less in his kitchen. As soon as we set foot there, we arrive directly in Mexico. Having lived his whole life in Mexican customs, Marco Balderas has always cherished the desire to introduce people to the cuisine of Mexico and more particularly that of Puebla where his family comes from. It is with the experience of catering that with his partner Marieve Lapointe they share with you their traditional recipes through their tacos and more particularly through the family sauces carefully concocted every day.

Un vendredi soir avec réservation, la jeune serveuse était froide & inattentionnée. Pas de musique à notre arrivée : l'ambiance était glaciale malgré le décor & les couleurs.

La bouffe est excellente, mais les churros incroyablement secs.

Expérience malheureusement ordinaire au Balderas le dimanche de la fête des pères. Bière en fût non disponible, bière maison en cannette non plus, puis une Sol servie tablette. Un des tacos au menu non disponible. Contenu des tacos très bons mais tortillas très graisseux. J' écris le commentaire dans un but constructif, je souhaite un bon succès au restaurant, malheureusement personnellement je n' y retournerai pas.

Wow, une merveilleuse découverte, suite a une annonce à la radio, choi radio X.

L'accueil est plus que parfaite, l'ambiance très familiale & la nourriture ouffff, tellement bonne & goûteuse, les saveurs très fraîche.
Je recommande très, très, très fortement, surtout si vous aimez les mets Mexicain.
Je ne regrette aucunement d'avoir fait un bon détour pour y découvrir un restaurant aussi merveilleux.

Nourriture correcte sans plus; le goût mexicain est inexistant. La serveuse disait avoir eu beaucoup de travail en journée; elle n'avait rien pour prendre la commande & était mélanger entre ses tables. & un format d'assiettes pour servir très petites, tu ne manges pas à satiété.Nous étions 3 adultes & 1 enfant. On m'avait recommandé ce resto mais ils ont du travail à faire pour me faire croire que je mange comme au Mexique!
