Having arrived in Quebec almost 20 years ago, Edouardo Balderas never wanted to compromise in his house, much less in his kitchen. As soon as we set foot there, we arrive directly in Mexico. Having lived his whole life in Mexican customs, Marco Balderas has always cherished the desire to introduce people to the cuisine of Mexico and more particularly that of Puebla where his family comes from. It is with the experience of catering that with his partner Marieve Lapointe they share with you their traditional recipes through their tacos and more particularly through the family sauces carefully concocted every day.

On est allé manger sur place directement pour notre 1ère visite. Ce petit resto là va devenir un incontournable pour nous! Ça feel comme une bonne bouffe faite maison. Prenez le temps de gouter aux sauces!! Gardez vous de la place pour les churros :)

Que ça soit pour déjeuner la fin de semaine, ou pour dîner ou souper, absolument tout sur le menu est un régal. Le menu à l'ardoise est toujours tout aussi excellent & apporte une touche de changement à toutes les semaines. Les Margaritas au melon d'eau épicé valent le détour. L'ambiance familiale & chaleureuse est toujours au rendez-vous. N'hésitez pas, allez-y!
