Having arrived in Quebec almost 20 years ago, Edouardo Balderas never wanted to compromise in his house, much less in his kitchen. As soon as we set foot there, we arrive directly in Mexico. Having lived his whole life in Mexican customs, Marco Balderas has always cherished the desire to introduce people to the cuisine of Mexico and more particularly that of Puebla where his family comes from. It is with the experience of catering that with his partner Marieve Lapointe they share with you their traditional recipes through their tacos and more particularly through the family sauces carefully concocted every day.

Ce matin je suis allé déjeuner & c'était vraiment bon!Que ce soit les déjeuners ou les soupers, les repas sont malades! Le service est excellent & l'ambiance vraiment bien. Cela fait plusieurs fois que j'y vais & j'y retournerai assurément!

Le propriétaire très accueillant Nous recommandons fortement tacos de birria & la torta al Pastor & les tacos découverte Ça vaut la peine le voyage depuis de Québec Définitivement nous allons retourner!
