Having arrived in Quebec almost 20 years ago, Edouardo Balderas never wanted to compromise in his house, much less in his kitchen. As soon as we set foot there, we arrive directly in Mexico. Having lived his whole life in Mexican customs, Marco Balderas has always cherished the desire to introduce people to the cuisine of Mexico and more particularly that of Puebla where his family comes from. It is with the experience of catering that with his partner Marieve Lapointe they share with you their traditional recipes through their tacos and more particularly through the family sauces carefully concocted every day.

J'ai bien aimé ce resto sur le bord de la rivière à St-Etienne. J'ai fais des dizaine & des dizaine de tacos spot au travers le monde & je peux dire que c'est dans les top à québec. Ingrédients frais les cocktails sont bon ! Je recommande

Ça faisait longtemps qu'on voulait y aller! Super service très courtois & sympathique! Attention ce n'est pas du mexicain américanisé 😉 Mon conjoint & moi avons pris l'assiette découverte (choix de 3 tacos sur 4). Ça nous a pris du temps mais pour que l'expérience soit hyper bonne faut mettre beaucoup de sauce 😅 Ils en mettent 4 sortes sur la table. Après avoir compris (ben tsé, on est habitué avec les tacos traditionnels)... succulents 😃 J'aurais aimé avoir de la crème sure mais je n'ai pas osé demander. Je recommande!

Je suis allé une deuxième fois & la nourriture est bonne, la seule mauvaise chose est que nous avons pris une table à l'intérieur du restaurant pour éviter les moustiques & à l'intérieur c'était la même chose ou pire, il y avait beaucoup de mouches

Los Balderas est un restaurant typiquement mexicain. Les diverses assiettes essayées manquaient peut-être un peu de saveur, mais les sauces piquantes réglaient le tout & rendaient les tacos moins secs. Breuvages excellents! Service un peu lent pour le diner. Churros cuits à point!

Expérience très décevante. Nous avons fait 45 minutes de route pour venir découvrir ce restaurant. La nourriture était sans saveur, nous avons dû rajouter du sel partout. Les churros manquaient de cuisson... Je ne pense pas revenir, ni le conseiller à qui que ce soit.
