Having arrived in Quebec almost 20 years ago, Edouardo Balderas never wanted to compromise in his house, much less in his kitchen. As soon as we set foot there, we arrive directly in Mexico. Having lived his whole life in Mexican customs, Marco Balderas has always cherished the desire to introduce people to the cuisine of Mexico and more particularly that of Puebla where his family comes from. It is with the experience of catering that with his partner Marieve Lapointe they share with you their traditional recipes through their tacos and more particularly through the family sauces carefully concocted every day.

Super resto �, j’adore le fish taco & l’assiette végé. La crème glacée est excellente! Le churros à split est juste trop bon 🤤 Resto mexicain préféré ça fait voyager, j’adore!

C'est très très bon! Un peu déçu des salsas : pas assez piquantes, pas assez de parfums d'épices, & la verde manque de coriandre fraîche! À mon goût, du moins. À retenir, c'est très bien fait! & les gens sont super sympathiques. On a pris le menu découverte ; trippant de saveurs, mais on est restés sur notre faim. Malgré les petits bémols, on va y retourner! Il faut que ça marche, on a besoin de cette diversité dans le coin!
