Really cozy restaurant, we went there for brunch for dine in & it was about a 20 min wait. Very open & lots of light inside. Staff were super friendly but service was a bit slow. The food was great though a bit expensive for the small portions.

I had brunch with my friends there, we waited around an hour for a table in the cold, the food I can tell it's good but the middle eastern things are not really the same so if your Levantine don't expect to get the same quality but it wasn't bad I liked the food, the atmosphere inside is nice & cozy, is it worth to wait for an hour? I wouldn't say no many other places has better food but was nice experience.

The atmosphere is nice & cozy but the service is not the best unfortunately. The staff made us wait for a table of four when a couple was allowed to take the only table of four available. There were two couple tables available, yet the staff did not care. After waiting 10mins I offered to split our group & take the two remaining couple tables, without even putting the tables together. They still said no ! Lol so we just left.

Les brunchs du Maelstrom Saint-Roch sont tout simplement incroyables! Chaque assiette est un mélange parfait de saveurs & de fraîcheur, préparée avec des ingrédients de qualité. Le menu est créatif, offrant des options originales qui changent agréablement des classiques. L'ambiance cosy & décontractée ajoute une touche de bonheur à l'expérience. Mention spéciale au service, toujours impeccable & chaleureux. Un lieu incontournable pour commencer la journée du bon pied à Québec!

Maelstrom Saint-Roch may have a simple, classic brunch menu, but the flavors & quality of each dish are on another level. Every bite is rich, flavorful, & thoughtfully prepared with high standards. If you're looking for an elevated brunch experience, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

Really love the atmosphere & drinks are the best! Handsome bartender with high quality skills! I love the Strawberry one which was the third one I forgot taking the picture, but all of them are tasty! Keep going, best wishes to everything!
