le tataki de thon très dur, j'ai dû demander un couteau à steak pour le couper! Tirailles en bouche . J'ai avisé le gérant, je ne voulais pas remplacer mon plat mais j'aurais apprécié qu'on m'offre le café ou le dessert ( même si je ne les aurais pas pris) mais rien, même pas d'excuses. Nous n'irons plus !

Enfin, une autre option de resto à Levis. La cuisine italienne est à l'honneur. Ambiance resto chic, très beau, c'est vivant. Accueil souriant. Point fort, le service est impeccable & efficace. Les entrées furent délicieuses. Nos pâtes aussi. Les quantités plus que correcte. Léger bémol, notre dessert, les cannolis sont bons, mais sans plus. Nous y retournerons très bientôt pour goûter autre chose.

Je donne 4 étoiles sur 5, car tout était délicieux, de l'entrée au dessert. Les saveurs & les plats ont fait le plaisir de nos papilles gustatives. Les serveurs & serveuses étaient aimables & attentionnés. Par contre, le bruit ambiant est beaucoup trop fort. Nous avons eu de la difficulté à s'entendre une grande partie du souper. Il n'y a rien dans la décoration pour bloquer le son. C'est pour cette raison que je ne donne pas la cinquième étoile.

Comme mot de bienvenu notre serveuse nous a dit que nous devions terminer notre repas avant 7:30 h. Nous n'avons donc pas commandé de dessert.

Bonne ambiance, le service est extraordinaire avec un mélange de serveurs d'expérience & de relève. Les plats qui nous ont été servis étaient délicieux de l'entrée au dessert.
