Bonjour,
Vendredi le 15 septembre, nous avons réservé une table pour 3 personnes. Nous avons mentionné que hier, c'était la fête de ma fille, soit le 14 septembre. Nous avions choisi votre restaurant, car nous mangeons toujours bien & que le service est exceptionnel. Toutefois, nous sommes désolés de vous mentionner que rien n'a été fait pour souligner cet événement. Plusieurs autres tables avaient reçu une bomba avec un petit feu de Bengal. De notre côté, ce fut une petite déception lorsqu'on nous mentionne, une facture comme d'habitude? En aucune manière cet événement fut souligné. Pour des clients qui répondent présents depuis l'ouverture & que nous revenons souvent, nous nous sommes sentis comme du « acquis »... enfin, ce n'est qu'une perception. Encore une fois, la nourriture est excellente, le service est très bien & nous allons bien sûr y retourner. Simplement un rappel qu'il ne faut jamais rien prendre pour acquis.
