Cette première visite a été grandiose. Tous les plats étaient savoureux, chaque bouchée nous comblant de bonheur. Les cocktails étaient délicieux & le décor magnifique. Pour couronner le tout, le service était efficace & chaleureux.

Melba is an outstanding culinary gem & a welcome addition to the Quebec dining scene. The restaurant feels like a comfortable living room, with warm tones & spacious seating. The cuisine is clearly high quality, carefully sourced product, brought to its full potential by the talented kitchen team. The wine & cocktail program are focused, & beautifully compliment the food. Service was friendly, attentive & knowledgeable. I highly recommend Melba & hope to return as soon as possible.
