Excellent repas avec excellent service! Je m'attendais toutefois à un niveau supérieur au niveau de la nourriture après avoir lu les reviews. C'était très bon, mais pas nécessairement'wow', sauf pour la salade printanière au crabe des neiges qui était INCROYABLE. Je retournerais volontiers!

Restaurant Melba, c'est une belle adresse qu'on a découverte en famille à Québec. Le restaurant est petit & intimiste, ce qui lui confère un charme particulier & une atmosphère chaleureuse qu'on retrouve rarement ailleurs.
La nourriture est franchement excellente. On est dans la haute gastronomie, avec des plats soignés & une créativité dans l'assiette qui impressionne. Pour un petit restaurant, le niveau est vraiment remarquable & on repart avec l'impression d'avoir vécu quelque chose d'unique.
Le service est attentionné & à la hauteur de l'expérience culinaire. C'est le genre d'adresse confidentielle qu'on est content d'avoir trouvée & qu'on recommande sans hésitation à ceux qui cherchent quelque chose de différent des grandes chaînes.
Un incontournable pour les amateurs de bonne cuisine à Québec.
