Chez Melba commencez toujours par les fesses... de pain formidables. Tous les autres plats sont originaux & délicieux. Attention on vous dira que les plats sont petits mais c'est trompeur car ils sont savoureux & riches si bien que si vous en prenez un de trop, vous n'aurez plus faim pour les excellents desserts. Bravo d'être ouvert les lundi & mardi soir car à Québec de plus en plus de restos sont ouverts du mercredi au dimanche seulement. C'est un droit fondamental de bien manger les lundi & mardi également.
