Nous ressentions que nous n'avions pas notre place au restaurant venant de la part du serveur comparativement aux autres tables. Outre cela, la nourriture était exquise! Digne d'un restaurant Michelin.

Le service était rapide, mais pas dans le bon sens, nous n'avions pas le temps de poser nos questions que le serveur était parti a la table voisine. Pour les repas c'était exquis, les saveurs étaient excellentes. Les prix sont très bas pour la qualité de la cuisine. Je recommande fortement !

Je n'ai pas eue la chance de goûter ce restaurant car on m'a dit a l'entrée qu'il n'avait pas mon nom alors que j'avais réservé par téléphone 2 semaine avant & jai mêmes reconnue la voix de la personne a l'entrée j'avais choisi un hotel en fonction de ce restaurant en particulier je dois dire aussi que j'étais partie de Baie comeau avec ma blonde vraiment décevant

Quelle soirée magnifique! Il est rare de pouvoir dire que l'on se laisse surprendre à chaque bouchée, de l'entrée au dessert, mais chez Melba, c'est exactement ce qui se produit. La créativité & la finesse des plats sont tout simplement exceptionnelles.

Nous avons passé un moment hors du temps entre amis. Tout était réuni pour faire de ce souper une réussite:

- L'ambiance: Un cadre feutré, chaleureux & idéal pour les discussions.

Excellente expérience au restaurant Melba. Chaque plat est savoureux & très bien exécuté. On sent la qualité des ingrédients & le soin apporté à chaque assiette.

La sélection de vins est aussi très bonne & accompagne parfaitement le repas.
Un restaurant où l'on mange vraiment très bien & où l'on a envie de revenir. Bravo à toute l'équipe.
