Ce fût un magnifique mardi soir, service impeccable, bien conseillé pour les portions & le vin. La nourriture était délicieuse, succulente, délectable, recherchée, complexe & l'équilibre des saveurs était au rendez-vous!!! La vedette revient aux poireaux fondants, moules fumées & pastis.

C'était une soirée fantastique.
Nous étions quatre & avons pu faire le tour du menu.
C'était toutes des découvertes culinaires pour chacun d'entre nous. On avait jamais mangé semblable ailleurs.
Pour vivre ce que l'on a vécu il faut aller au Melba.
