Nous avons été épaté à tous les plats! Quelle maîtrise, du début à la fin. Notre serveuse, Andréanne, était pertinente & agréable. La carte des vins mérite un 10/10. Très beau restaurant.

Restaurant élégant & épuré! On s'y sent bien. Le personnel est compétent, connaissant & agréable.
La nourriture! Tout comme le Battuto, c'est un incontournable! Il est assurément un coup de coeur culinaire! La trempette aux artichauts & onctueuse & se démarque de tout ce que j'ai déjà goûté! Obligations de choisir les les gnocchi, ils sont DIVINS!!!. Nous y retournerons c'est certain! On a su nous conseiller pour une bouteille de vin, un choix qui s'est avéré parfait, on nous a bien conseillé. Merci moment très agréable!

By far the best new restaurant in Quebec City. The menu is outstanding & the execution flawless. Lots of work on the Wine list & great advice on wine-food matches. The staff is very nice. If you can get a table at Melba, you won't regret it!
