C'était ma première expérience chez Normandin & j'y suis allé en famille. Nous avons passé un très bon moment : les plats étaient délicieux, servis rapidement, & le service à la clientèle offert par le personnel était excellent. Merci pour cette belle expérience !

Installé à table rapidement & serveuse vient nous voir rapidement & souvent. Première serveuse, très polie, compréhensive & à l'écoute. Attente plutôt longue pour recevoir nos assiettes. Deuxième serveuse qui est venu nous porter nos repas est à la va-vite, peu réceptive & interagit peu, mais elle prend en compte chaque demande. Nouveau menu que j'ai essayé. Je n'ai pas aimé & j'ai demandé a la première serveuse si c'était possible d'être changé pour du standard. Cela a été fait en priorité & j'ai pu mangé avec mes compagnons. On ne m'a pas facturé le premier repas que je n'avais pas aimé, j'ai donc pu laisser un meilleur tip :) merci Sommes toute une belle expérience !
