La nourriture est excellente au Normandin Lévis, le service à la table a été impeccable. Par contre, le service du gérant n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur de la chaîne. Nous avions réservé à l'avance en mentionnant que nous avions besoin d'espace car une personne handicapée visuelle nous accompagnait avec son chien-guide. Notre table était collée sur un autre groupe, on pouvait à peine bouger sur nos chaises & impossible de pouvoir se lever sans déranger les gens assis à l'autre table. Nous avons demandé l'assistance du gérant qui nous a répondu que nous avions pas averti pour le chien ce qui était faux & même l'hôtesse le savait. Il n'a même pas voulu nous relocaliser alors qu'il y avait d'autres tables disponibles beaucoup mieux placées dans le restaurant. C'est vraiment dommage que le gérant n'ait pas évalué la situation & essayer de nous accommoder. Je ne retournerai pas dans ce restaurant, mais j'irai dans un autre Normandin sans hésiter.
