Stopped for dinner after a long drive & were welcomed like we were family. Great staff & great food.

After a long road trip we needed a place to relax & a have a good meal. Past road trips & stops at other Normandin locations were 5/5. This location was busy with two large tables of 10+ people. We sat in the bar side as it seemed like the best option. Service was initially fast providing water & drinks. Our order was taken in good time. We did have to wait quite a while before our food was delivered. The salads were delicious & would recommend, the chicken was dry but possibly under the heat lamp due to the servers being overwhelmed with the larger tables. Overall would recommend over the fast food places nearby.

J'ai commandé une lasagne & ça m'a coûté 35 $. Elle était très bonne mais dommage que ça soit aussi cher car je commanderais beaucoup plus souvent.

Service absolument catastrophique. C'est de loin l'une des pires expériences que j'ai vécues dans un restaurant. L'établissement était presque vide, pourtant personne n'est venu nous accueillir, nous placer ou même prendre notre commande. Les employés passaient devant nous, nous regardaient, puis continuaient leur chemin comme si nous n'existions pas. Après une attente interminable, nous avons quitté sans avoir été servis.

Si c'est ainsi que vous traitez vos clients, il ne faut pas se demander pourquoi les gens choisissent d'aller ailleurs. Je n'y remettrai jamais les pieds & je ne le recommande à personne.

Sauvez votre argent & allez au Delice Resto Lounge sur la même rue, service impeccable.

Excellent service. C'est le meilleur club sandwich que j'ai mangé depuis très longtemps. Pour moi sa qualité était supérieure à ce qu'offre bien d'autres restaurants (St-Hubert, etc.) J'ai beaucoup aimé les sangria surtout celle au vin blanc.
