Jai mis une étoile , vendredi je suis aller pour déjeuner chez vous jai attendu au moin 4 minutes dans l'entrée deux serveuse son passer devant moi pas un asti de sourire ou me faire signe qu'il vont venir me voir rien absolument rien..... j'ai crisser mon camps pis je suis aller manger dans un autre restaurant... Les filles avais aucune façon rien rien rien pas fort.

Expérience très décevante en se samedi matin..

1. Mauvais service & accueil mitigé
2. Nourriture = aucun goût
3. Nous avons pris extra creton pour 5$ & je sais pas si j'ai eubune cuillère à thé.
4. Manque de personnel

Extrêmement déçu on a attendu 1h30 avant d'avoir nos plat avec 2 enfants qui avait faim la dernière fois j'y vais sans aucun doute! Recommande vraiment pas!

J'ai réservé pour 8 personnes en ligne, en arrivant sur place la réservation n'était pas prête comme s'ils ne m'attendaient pas. Ensuite le service a été lent nous avons attendu 75 minutes avant de recevoir quoi que ce soit à manger. J'avais pris une boisson gazeuse (remplissage gratuit), le verre était petit & rempli de glace. J'ai dû courir après la serveuse pour obtenir un remplissage. Quand j'ai demandé un troisième verre en même temps que mon repas, elle m'a répondu « Encore…? ». Quand nous avons reçu nos repas, c'était tiède, voire froid, & la nourriture était sèche. Mais après 75 minutes d'attente, personne n'a osé se plaindre, nous voulions seulement manger. J'ai rempli un formulaire de commentaire en ligne pour exprimer mes commentaires. Je n'ai eu aucun retour à ce jour. Pour ma part c'est ma deuxième expérience chez cette chaîne, & je ne crois pas qu'il y aura une troisième fois.
