Nous étions 4 adultes & 1 bébé. Très déçu du service. Sur l'heure du dîner , le restaurant n'était pas plein. Le serveur est venu prendre notre commande. 30 minutes plus tard il est revenu nous voir en mentionnant qu'il ne sait pas notre commande est où…. Donc il reprend notre commande car il n'avait plus rien en note ou dans son système …. & ça été assez long avoir d'avoir nos repas par la suite…

J'appel toujours pour faire préparer une poutine que je viens chercher pour amener chez moi. Je demande la sauce à côté, mais 1 fois sur 2, la sauce est sur la poutine.... & quand j'arrive, à chaque fois, j'attend plusieurs minutes au comptoire sans qu'aucun employé me salut, ni me dire au minimum "un instant". Non, les employés passent devant en regardant le plancher. J'ai vu une employée aller prendre une bouchée de nourriture alors qu'elle est passée devant moi 3 fois sans m'accueillir... Le probleme n'est pas d'attendre, c'est normal. Mais aucun contact client, aucun contact visuel. J'ai juste l'impression de déranger Je comprend que ca peut arriver de temps en temps, mais c'est presque toujours comme ca...
