A friend & I had the breakfast. The bacon & eggs & an omelet where great but the toast was burnt black for both of us.
The service was great & the restaurant was clean.

Décevante expérience ce matin en voulant aller déjeuner rapidement près de chez nous.

La serveuse, Claudette, nous a accueillis sans aucun bonjour, simplement avec un « café ici… ».
Le service de la nourriture a été rapide, ce qui est appréciable, surtout qu'il n'y avait pas beaucoup de clients dans le restaurant.

Cependant, la prise de commande a été compliquée elle manquait clairement de patience & de professionnalisme.

Lors du paiement, nous avons laissé un pourboire de 15 %. Travaillant moi-même dans le domaine de la restauration, j'offre généralement 18 % & plus lorsque le service est de qualité. Malgré cela, elle a quitté la table sans un simple merci, en précisant que « le pourboire n'est pas inclus ».

Je suis retourné la voir pour lui mentionner que nous lui avions tout de même laissé 15 %, & sa seule réponse a été : « Ah, je ne l'ai pas vu », toujours sans aucun mot de remerciement.

Ce genre d'attitude brise complètement l'expérience client & démontre un grand manque de professionnalisme.

C'est malheureusement à cause de ce type de service que l'industrie de la restauration est parfois mal perçue.
Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Le 31 juillet au matin, pas de cuisinier, on dit que la gérante s'en vient, on attend 45 minutes pour se faire dire pas de cuisine, fuite d'eau avant le cuisinier & pas rentré alors, & nous donne la facture de 4.75 pour le café. J'aurais été gêné de facturer le café. PS : vos chambres de bain sont très mauvaises & pas trop salubres.
