On m'as laissée attendre dans l'entrée pendant plus de 15 minutes en me disant qu'on ne peut m'assigner une table car le serveur était en retard.

J'allais au Normandin quand j'étais enfant & ado. J'avais délaissé quand j'étais jeune adulte. Ça fait maintenant 2 fois que j'y vais avec mes enfants & je suis agréablement surprise. L'accueil très plaisante, menu pour enfants vraiment pas cher & portions très généreuses. Il y avait un concours de dessins de Noël, ils ont adoré. Très familiale, on a beaucoup aimé notre expérience. La cuisine est bien.

Nous étions un petit groupe dans un salon prove. Nous avons attendu 1h00 pour recevoir notre déjeuner. Les rôties étaient déposées sur les fruits frais qui étaient mous. Pour compléter, une serveuse à l'air bébete. Fini pour moi.

Le service est mieux qu'avant (plus rapide). Nous vous attendez pas a de la grande gastronomie. C'est correct. Ambiance d'habitués qui viennent régulièrement.

Juste une chose les assiettes un peu froide... Devrait être chauffées... Samedi le 21 septembre, nous sommes arrivés vers 5 h 45 & personne est venu nous voir avant 6 h 10, malgré le peu d'achalandage dans le resto, j'ai été obligé de me lever & demander à un serveur s'il y avait quelqu'un qui s'occupe de ma table, il m'a répondu c'est ma collègue, donc la section était divisée en deux, j'ai eu le malheur de tomber entre deux sections, malgré cela le serveur a pris notre commande,& & il s'est excusé... Je demande au responsable de LaSalle de voir à ce que les clients soient servis le plus tôt possible, ou du moins de nous servir une boisson quelconque.. & ce n'est pas la 1re fois que je tombe entre deux sections... Manque de vigilance...voilà
