La serveuse était malheureusement froide & direct. J aurais pu comprendre si effectivement il y avait eu un rush mais un mercredi matin & le restaurant était vide.. je suis restée avec une drôle d'impression. Nous étions un groupe multi âge de 8 personnes & je ne suis pas certaine de réserver de nouveau auprès de votre succursale. Je travail au service client depuis plusieurs années & honnêtement un comportement de la sorte n est pas bon pour la business. J'ignore si ce commentaire sera lu mais voilà mon avis sur la visite auprès de votre établissement.

Ma livraison est arrivée un peu en retard mais j'ai trouvé la raison de ce retard plutôt amusante. Le livreur avait oublié les clés dans sa voiture. LOL. La demoiselle au téléphone a su garder son calme malgré le flot d'appels qui la submergeait. Bravo gentille demoiselle! Excellente gestion du stress! Mon repas était tel que commandé. Ça peut paraître anodin à souligner mais je tenais à le souligner, étant donné mes mauvaises expériences de commandes incorrectes ou incomplètes dans d'autres restaurants.

Le serveur il.a été excellent avec nous. La seule que je trouve plate c'est qu'on est arrivé 17h20 au restaurant. J'avais une réservation à 17h30. Puis on a eu notre souper seulement vers 19h puis on a pas pu prendre de dessert à cause qu'il fermait à 19h30. Sinon le service je n'ai rien à dire.
