Très très très déçue. C'est la dernière fois que je vais à cet endroit. 😠
Ste-Foy, samedi matin 10h. Temps d'attente trrrrrrrrres long au moins 45 minutes minimum, pour un plat qui ne correspond aucunement à ce qu'on est censé recevoir au Normandin.

Ayant retourné mon assiette « Béné Bonheur Délecta » parce qu'elle ne correspondait aucunement au menu…
Peu appétissante, sèche, dégarnie, 2 petits morceaux de fruits seulement & sans sauce hollandaise (Voyons 😳😝), on me l'a rapporté 45 minutes après, en me disant avoir « refait une assiette »… Alors qu'ils ont tout simplement fait réchauffer la même assiette déjà existante probablement durant les 45 minutes que j'ai attendu une seconde fois & me l'on remise avec les patates dures & brûlées, l'oeuf non poché mais rendu cuit dur🥚, le jambon sec & déshydraté & ayant tout simplement ajouté de la sauce🫕. & Wow! Quel bonheur… un petit morceau d'orange de plus😛
J'ai aussi dû me lever pour allée chercher moi-même de nouveaux ustensiles propres.🍴
Je n'ai rien mangé finalement, j'ai versé la sauce sur le tout, payé ma facture & je suis partie pour ne jamais y retourner.
ils devraient renommer ce plat:
«Béné déshydraté Malheur Degueu »

Très satisfaite de mon déjeuner & de l'excellent service que nous avons eu avec Nathalie. Viens nous voir souvent pour le café, beaucoup d'entregent & très professionnelle. Nouveau menu déjeuner qui inclut crêpes ou gaufres; c'était chaud & délicieux! 😋
