Acceptable product.

Abhorent customer service: I waited minutes for cashier to notice me- he was too busy entertaining a stranger's experience in hostels.

'Sorry to interrupt- Are you open?'
'Yes.'
'Can I place an order?'
'Sure.'

Bad price-to-quality ratio.

Mind you, Old Quebec City is a tourist trap so don't expect much.
