Les produits sont excellents, par contre l'ambiance & le service sont vraiment à améliorer. Nous ne connaissons pas les produits par coeur & avons parfois besoin de temps pour réfléchir à ce que nous voudrions commander, mais cela semble gêner les commis aux caisses qui nous regardent d'un air impatient, nous parlent sur un ton agacé & insistent pour qu'on fasse vite un choix… je trouve ça très dommage car c'est une très belle boulangerie entachée par la mauvaise humeur des serveuses… quand on représente un commerce on se doit d'être aussi aimable envers le premier que le dernier client même le client indécis ou lent ! Cependant, petite note spéciale pour la gentille madame qui est venue offrir des chouquettes à mes enfants & qui elle était très aimable & agréable.

C'est simple, nous y allons chaque semaine & nous n'avons jamais été déçus. Nous n'avons pas encore tout essayé, mais c'est dans nos projets. Nous sommes choyés d'avoir une boulangerie de cette qualité à Stoneham !

La boulangerie ne vend que du pain au levain, ce qui ne me convient pas. Il y a des pâtisseries, viennoiseries, sandwichs, fromages français & certains produits français d'épicerie. C'était ok mais rien d'exceptionnel pour une distance à 20 Km de la Ville de Québec.

La meilleure boulangerie de Québec! J'adore la variété de choix & le service très efficace malgré que un samedi midi c'était extrêmement plein de personnes! L'expérience aurait été beaucoup mieux dans des heures moins achalandées, car c'était presque impossible de voir les différents produits & si tu ne savais pas quoi acheter d'avance cela devenait un peu compliqué. Mais OMG que c'est bon!
