Leur pain & leurs viennoiseries sont excellents, & ils méritent cinq étoiles pour cela. Malheureusement, le service que j'ai reçu ce matin était extrêmement désagréable : la petite femme asiatique avec une coupe au carré ne s'est pas montrée serviable (je me demande si cela était dû à son niveau de français ?) En plus elle a cessé de me parler au bout de quelques secondes & n'a porté son attention que sur mon conjoint...cela m'a donné l'impression d'être discriminatoire (comme j'étais le/la seul.e client.e non blanc/he dans la boulangerie). Après avoir payé plus de 70 $ de pain & de plats préparés, cette personne ne m'a même pas dit merci, ce que j'ai trouvé très impoli. La boulangerie emploie beaucoup des personnes immigrantes, peut-être qu'il/elles ne reçoivent pas la formation nécessaire ?
The bakery is absolutely beautiful, & the pastries look & taste amazing. We've visited a few times, & I think they really excel at their viennoiseries (the croissants, pain au chocolat, & other pastry items are outstanding). In my opinion, these are much better than the small cakes & desserts they make.
I do wish there wasn't always such a rush. Every time we've visited, there have been long queues, & the staff seem to be constantly hurried. It would also be nice to be able to sit inside & enjoy the pastries & the pretty bakery.
Whilst I know it's not really a cafe, one thing that has consistently disappointed us are the coffees/cappuccino. They arent great & every single time we've ordered one, it's always a half a cup full. We always say we won't order it again, but we end up doing so out of convenience. Most recently, we ordered two cappuccinos, & once again there was a noticeable inconsistency- one cup was full, while the other was only half full. Despite loving the bakery & its pastries, this has been a recurring thing, which is weird cause coffee & pastries do go hand in hand

Le pain y est si bon qu'on croirait qu'il vient tout juste d'être béni avant de sortir du four. Les viennoiseries sont dignes d'un festin de noces à Cana, & les arômes qui remplissent les lieux pourraient faire dévier un pèlerin de son chemin. Sans aucun doute la meilleur boulangerie sur terre.
La meilleur boulangerie avec celle de Chez Paul. Grande variété & savoir faire. Des ingrédients de qualité. Beaucoup de variété & prix compétitif. Vous trouverez des pâtisseries, des viennoiseries, des sandwichs, pizzas, quiches etc. Beaucoup de pain variés. & j'en oublie! C'est eux qui m'ont fait découvert un produit local & artisanal: l'ail noir. Je ne peux plus m'en passer! La visite vaut le détour.
Cet endroit vaut vraiment le détour. Une des meilleures boulangeries de la Ville de Québec. Tous les plats, pâtisseries & viennoiseries que j'ai goûté jusqu'ici sont excellent & les employés offre un service très efficace.

La boulangerie ne vend que du pain au levain, ce qui ne me convient pas. Il y a des pâtisseries, viennoiseries, sandwichs, fromages français & certains produits français d'épicerie. C'était ok mais rien d'exceptionnel pour une distance à 20 Km de la Ville de Québec.
