La meilleur boulangerie avec celle de Chez Paul. Grande variété & savoir faire. Des ingrédients de qualité. Beaucoup de variété & prix compétitif. Vous trouverez des pâtisseries, des viennoiseries, des sandwichs, pizzas, quiches etc. Beaucoup de pain variés. & j'en oublie! C'est eux qui m'ont fait découvert un produit local & artisanal: l'ail noir. Je ne peux plus m'en passer! La visite vaut le détour.
J'ai découvert cette boulangerie par l'entremise d'une amie. Juste voir l'extérieur donnait envie. Les petites tables accueillantes. Lorsque que je suis entrée, j'ai été éblouis par toutes mes sens . Une belle boutique , l'odeur extraordinaire de la boulange. Le service était super & prix raisonnable. Le goût des sandwichs & des pains étaient exquis.

Il y a un présentoir sucré, un salé, ainsi qu'un coin café. Nous avons pris des pâtisseries pour déjeuner, ainsi que pain, sandwich, pizza, focaccia, desserts & café - tout était délicieux!
La boulangerie ne vend que du pain au levain, ce qui ne me convient pas. Il y a des pâtisseries, viennoiseries, sandwichs, fromages français & certains produits français d'épicerie. C'était ok mais rien d'exceptionnel pour une distance à 20 Km de la Ville de Québec.
What a fabulous stop on the way to Jacques Cartier! Staff is helpful & is good at assigning other staff to help in different areas. I got croissants & various pastries, as well as a fresh ham quiche. I also snagged a sandwich for later when I'm done hiking. The coffee is just Nespresso so I bopped next door to Tim's for a latte.
Vegetarian American family of 5 (with three teens). This bakery was one of the most memorable food experiences of our Quebec winter trip. We consider ourselves bakery connoisseurs. Pastries, bread, sandwiches, quiches, pizzas, every single item was spectacular. Standout surprises: chocolate almond bread, quiches. The sandwich took me back to my visits to Paris. Very little room to eat (there were two small tables when we were there) but we managed to make it work.
